KENT COUNTY, RI. (THECOUNT) — Ravi Rahul, of Exeter, Rhode Island, has been identified as the victim in a Saturday morning fatal vehicle crash in Kent County.

Rahul, 41, was killed in what is believed to be a single-vehicle crash near Warwick Saturday morning.

According to reports, police responded to reports of a crashed vehicle on Route 95 near Cowesett Road in Warwick. When they arrived, police discovered a wrecked Kia Sportage around 7:40 a.m.

Rahul was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
