AIKEN COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Connie Kinard, of Aiken, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday morning two-vehicle crash in Aiken County.
Kinard, 61, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Aiken Sunday morning.
According to reports, Kinard was operating a Cadillac on Hitchcock Parkway near Rinehart Way, when for unknown reasons, a Jeep crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes striking the Cadillac head-on around 6 a.m. Sunday.
Kinard was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The Jeep driver was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
