THURSTON COUNTY, WA. (THECOUNT) — Royal Tango Macias, of Seattle, Washington, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Friday morning motorcycle crash in Thurston County.
Macias, 29, was killed in a motorcycle crash involving two semi-tractors near Maytown Friday morning.
According to reports, Macias was operating a motorcycle on Interstate 5 near Maytown, when he lost control and went down around 10:30 a.m. Friday. He was then run over by two big-rigs, one of which failed to stop.
The Washington State Patrol says they are seeking the driver of semi truck that reportedly fled the scene.
The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
