VA Man Meigs Frost Hodge ID’d As Victim In Tuesday Alexandria Fatal Crash

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA. (THECOUNT) — Meigs Frost Hodge, of Alexandria, Virginia, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Tuesday afternoon vehicle crash in Fairfax County.

Hodge, 56, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Alexandria Tuesday afternoon.

According to reports, Hodge was operating a vehicle in the 900 block of North Washington Street in Alexandria, when the vehicle came into contact with another vehicle around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Hodge was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.

It is unclear if the other driver, who has not been identified, was injured in the collision.

Alexandria Police are asking anyone with information about the crash to call detectives at (571) 289-6794.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
