GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Andres Francisco, of Williamston, South Carolina, has been identified as the pedestrian in a fatal Wednesday vehicle strike in Greenville County.
Francisco, 31, was killed after being struck by a vehicle near Greenville early Wednesday morning.

According to reports, Francisco was on-foot in the area of SC-253 near Columbia Avenue in Greenville, when he was struck by a passing vehicle around 1 a.m. Wednesday.
Francisco was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and fully cooperated with arriving officials.
No one was cited at the scene.
The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
