JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Alex Tyler Maloy, of St. Louis, Missouri, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday night fatal motorcycle crash in Jefferson County.
Maloy, 27, was killed in a single-motorcycle crash in Rock Township Wednesday night.
According to reports, Maloy was operating a Yamaha YZF R6 motorcycle on MO-141 near Fiedler Lane in Rock Township, when for unknown reasons, the bike crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 13:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Maloy, who was ejected from the bike, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
