UNION COUNTY, IA. (THECOUNT) — Richard Wade Starlin, of Creston, Iowa, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Tuesday night motorcycle crash in Union County.
Starlin, 44, was killed in a motorcycle crash involving a pickup truck Tuesday night near Creston.
According to reports, Starlin was operating a motorcycle on Hi and Dry Rd in Creston, when the bike came into the rear end of a pickup truck, operated by 52-year-old Thaddeus Sickels of Creston, around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Starlin was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
