SUFFOLK COUNTY, MA. (THECOUNT) — Ashley Jimenez of Dennis, Massachusetts, has been identified as the victim in a Saturday night fatal vehicle crash involving an ambulance in Suffolk County.
Jimenez, 39, was killed in a multi-vehicle crash near Boston Saturday night.
According to reports, Jimenez was operating a vehicle on Interstate 93 in Dorchester, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines, exited the roadway and wrecked. The vehicle then came into contact with a Brewster ambulance. Several other vehicles then became involved in the crash.
Jimenez was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The other involved parties suffered unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
