ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, MI. (THECOUNT) — Justin Noel, of Battle Creek, Michigan, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday night fatal two-vehicle crash in St. Joseph County.
Noel, 19, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Sherman Township Wednesday night.
According to reports, Erandi Tzitziki, 19, of Battle Creek, was operating a vehicle with Noel as his passenger on N Centerfield Rd near Featherstone Road in Sturgis, when the vehicle came into contact with a Toyota Highlander around 9 p.m. Wednesday.
Noel was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The driver of the Highlander was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries.
Tzitziki’s condition was not provided.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
