CULLMAN COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Jesslyn Ann Nicole Hood, of Cullman, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Friday single-vehicle crash in Cullman County.
Hood, 19, was killed in a single-vehicle Jeep crash near Cullman Early Friday.
According to reports, Hood was traveling as a passenger in a Jeep Patriot, operated by Austin Turrentine, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 3:30 a.m. Friday. The vehicle then made contact with a substantial tree.
Hood was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Turrentine was transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.
