DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — James Baker, of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, has been identified as the driver killed in a crash at Derry Township Keystone Raceway Friday night.
Baker, 69, was killed in a classic rod crash at Keystone Raceway Park near New Alexandria Friday night.

According to reports, Baker was drag racing a 1936 Ford Roadster at Keystone Raceway Park, when the car suddenly pivoted and made contact with a guide rail before colliding with a utility pole. The rod then rolled over multiple times.
Baker was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
