PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL. (THECOUNT) — Zachary Filippo, of Boca Raton, Florida, has been identified as the victim in a Monday morning fatal vehicle crash in Palm Beach County.
Filippo, 20, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Boca Raton early Monday morning.
According to reports, Filippo was operating a 2017 Range Rover on Jog Road near Yamato Road, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 2:30 a.m. Monday. The vehicle then made contact with a utility pole.
Filippo was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
