YORK COUNTY, ME. (THECOUNT) — Brian Aromando, of Ogunquit, Maine, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Saturday evening motorcycle crash in York County.
Aromando, 57, was killed in a motorcycle collision involving a vehicle Saturday evening near York.
According to reports, Aromando was operating a motorcycle on Route 1 near Logging Road in York, when the bike came into head-on contact with a vehicle around 4:15 p.m. Saturday.
The driver of the vehicle was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
Aromando was also transported to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
