MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ. (THECOUNT) — John Flanagan, of Aberdeen, New Jersey, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Wednesday night motorcycle crash in Middlesex County.
Flanagan, 19, was killed in motorcycle collision involving a vehicle near Old Bridge Wednesday night.
According to reports, Flanagan was operating a Yamaha motorcycle traveling on Route 18 near Ferry Road in Old Bridge, when the bike made contact with a Lexus around 11 p.m. Wednesday.
Flanagan was transported to nearby Hackensack Meridian Health Raritan Bay Medical Center Old Bridge where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The driver of the Lexus suffered minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
