MARION COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Qua Dasia Keone Hill of Indianapolis, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Friday morning Interstate 465 single-vehicle crash in Marion County.

Hill, 24, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Indianapolis early Friday morning.

According to reports, Hill was traveling as a passenger in a Kia Optima, operated by 26-year-old Dailon Downing on I-465 near Ditch Road in Indianapolis Friday morning just after midnight, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then entered a culvert.

Hill was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.

Downing of Indianapolis, who suffered unknown injuries, was taken into custody and charged with being impaired and under the influence of narcotics.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
