CARROLL COUNTY, MD. (THECOUNT) — Charles Lee Ginneman, of Baltimore, Maryland, has been identified as the victim in a two-vehicle motorcycle collision in Carroll County Friday night.
Ginneman, 38, was killed in a motorcycle-versus-truck crash near Westminster Friday night.
According to reports, Ginneman was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Littlestown Pike near John Owings Rd in Westminster, when the bike came into head-on contact with an International truck.
Ginneman was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
