BERGEN COUNTY, NJ. (THECOUNT) — Jada Smith, of Teaneck, New Jersey, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday night fatal multi-vehicle hit-and-run crash in Bergen County.
Smith, 21, was killed following a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 near Fort Lee on Wednesday night.
According to reports, Smith was involved in a three-vehicle crash, when she exited a disabled SUV on Interstate 95 Express, near mile marker 121. She and her vehicle were then struck by a passing big-rig that then fled the scene around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Smith was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
No one else was injured in the incident.
