ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA. (THECOUNT) — Eric Lee Beverly, of Visalia, California, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-motorcycle crash in Alameda County.
Beverly, 48, was killed in a motorcycle crash near San Leandro Thursday night.
According to reports, Beverly was operating a motorcycle on Interstate 880 near Marina Boulevard, when for unknown reasons, the bike crossed centerlines and exited the roadway Thursday night around 8:15 p.m. The rider was ejected during the crash.
Beverly was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
