FRANKLIN COUNTY, ME. (THECOUNT) — Thomas Allen Owens, of Oxford, Maine, has been identified as the victim in a single-motorcycle crash in Franklin County late Wednesday morning.
Owens, 56, was killed in a motorcycle crash near Weld on Wednesday morning.
According to reports, Owens was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Mill Street in Weld, when the bike crashed in a curve around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Owens, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, was pronounced dad at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
