YORK COUNTY, ME. (THECOUNT) — Christine E. LePage, of Limerick, Maine, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Wednesday night single-vehicle crash in York County.
LePage, 41, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Limington Wednesday night.
According to reports, LePage was operating a Ford Escape on Doles Ridge Road in Limington, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday. The vehicle then made contact with a substantial tree and rolled over.
LePage, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Deputies noted fatigue may have played a factor in the deadly incident.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
