ROCK ISLAND COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — Nicholas Alan Decker, of Milan, Illinois, has been identified as the victim in a single-motorcycle crash in Rock County Tuesday night.
Decker, 29, was killed in a motorcycle crash near Moline on Tuesday night.
According to reports, Decker was operating a Honda motorcycle in the 2600 block of River Drive near Western Illinois University Quad Cities in Moline, when for unknown reasons, the bike crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 8:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Decker was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
