BRYAN COUNTY, OK. (THECOUNT) — Fernando Flores, Kaleb Foster, Hunter Ford and Jack Sarver, have been identified as the four Durant High School students killed in a vehicle crash late Sunday night in Bryan County.
The four teens were killed in tragic two-vehicle hit-and-run crash involving a fast moving truck late Sunday in Durant.
According to reports, the four students were occupying a vehicle, stopped at a red light at the intersection of West Main Street and Radio Rd in Durant, when they were rear-ended by a truck traveling at a high rate of speed.
The force of the impact sent the teen’s vehicle at least 200 feet.
The truck that allegedly caused the accident then fled the scene.
Two of the young people were pronounced dead at the scene, while the two others were transported to area hospitals where they were later pronounced dead on Monday.
Anyone with possible information on the deadly incident should contact police at 911.
