WHITE COUNTY, AR. (THECOUNT) — Mark Thomas Christiansen, Pangburn, Arkansas, has been identified as the victim in a fatal two-vehicle crash in White County Sunday night.
Christiansen, 18, was killed in a two-vehicle collision near Albion Township Sunday night.
According to reports, Christiansen was operating a Jeep Laredo on State Highway 16 near Reaper Road in Albion Township, when he was T-boned by a speeding Pontiac G6 that failed to yield the right of way around 8 p.m. Sunday.
The force of the collision caused the Jeep to overturn.
Christiansen, who was ejected from the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The driver of the Pontiac was not identified by officials as of Monday morning. It’s unclear if the driver suffered any injuries in the violent collision.
