TOLLAND COUNTY, CT. (THECOUNT) — Madison Wetnicka, of Sturbridge, Massachusetts, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Thursday evening Interstate-84 crash in Tolland County, Connecticut.
Wetnicka, 21, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Tolland on Friday evening.
According to reports, “Maddie” Wetnicka, was operating a Toyota on I-84 near Tolland, when the vehicle came into contact with a Subaru around 6 p.m. Friday. The Toyota then crossed centerlines, exited the roadway and rolled over.
The Subaru driver, Yetzaveli Cervantes, 24, of Willington, suffered non-life threatening injuries during the collision.
