MINNEAPOLIS, MN. (THECOUNT) — Susan Sina of Oakdale, Minnesota, has been identified as the pedestrian fatally struck by two vehicles Thursday night in Maplewood.
Sina, 67, was fatally struck by a pair of vehicles Thursday night while trying to cross a highway near Saint Paul.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Sina was on-foot in the area of Highway 120 in Maplewood, when she was struck by a sedan and an SUV around 9:15 p.m. Thursday.
Sina was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma.
The driver of the sedan remained on the scene and cooperated with police. The SUV involved fled the scene.
Anyone with possible information should contact police at 911.
The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
