UMATILLA COUNTY, OR. (THECOUNT) — Jordan Delano Crandall of Hermiston, Oregon, has been identified as the body found in Umatilla County Wednesday morning.
Crandall, 28, was found dead Wednesday morning near Alpine Drive in Hermiston in what authorities are calling an apparent homicide.
According to officials, the body of Crandall was discovered in the area of Alpine Drive & Punkin Center Road in Hermiston, near an irrigation ditch around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Based on evidence at the scene, deputies are investigating the death as a homicide, reports YaktriNews.
A cause of death was not provided by officials.
The death remains under investigation.
