SIOUX FALLS, SD. (THECOUNT) — Acclaimed rock producer Keith Olsen has died.

Olsen, whose age was not provided, produced hit albums for everyone from the Scorpions to Rick Springfield, and just about everyone in between.

In a long and illustrious career, Olsen also helmed efforts by Ozzy Osbourne (No Rest for the Wicked), Fleetwood Mac (the group’s 1975 eponymous album), Foreigner (Double Vision), Night Ranger (Man in Motion) and Sammy Hagar (Three Lock Box). The record-maker further worked with Grateful Dead, Pat Benatar, and he produced Springfield’s 1981 hit “Jessie’s Girl,” as shown on the producer’s website, reports Loudwire.

Olsen was the producer on over 100 complete albums. His production work has earned him more than 39 Gold, 24 Platinum, and 14 Multi-Platinum album certifications.

A cause of death was not provided.
