CLARK COUNTY, SD. (THECOUNT) — Missing Clark, South Dakota man, Kobe Weets, has been found dead in Clark County Monday.

The body Weets, 21, was discovered Monday after he was last seen Friday, according to Clark County Sheriff’s officials.

Weets’ pickup truck was located in a wrecked in a ditch a few miles west of Clark on Saturday. His family had reported him missing Monday morning.

McGraw said Weets’ body was found in a field about a mile away from his pickup Monday afternoon, reports DakotaNewsNow.

Foul play is not suspected, officials said. Clark may have died after crashing his vehicle then exiting it to attempt to find help.

An autopsy is scheduled to determine the cause of death.

Law enforcement officials used an airplane and snowmobiles in the effort to find Weets.

McGraw is asking any drivers who get stranded to stay with their vehicles.

The crash amd resulting death remains under investigation.
