LA Woman Jada Goody ID As Victim In Monday Broussard Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash

BROUSSARD, LA. (THECOUNT) — Jada Goody, of Broussard, Louisiana, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Monday evening vehicle crash.

Goody, 33, was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Monday in Broussard.

According to the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash in the 500 block of Bayou Tortue Road around 4 p.m. Monday. When they arrived, officials discovered a wrecked vehicle with one female victim.

Goody was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
