MEMPHIS, TN. (THECOUNT) — William Garrett and Bria Dorsey, have been identified as the victims in a double-fatal vehicle crash in Memphis Friday morning.
Garrett, 65, and 26-year-old Dorsey, were both killed in a fiery two-vehicle crash in the early morning hours on Friday.
According to reports, Dorsey was operating a vehicle that was at a complete stop at Central Avenue & East Parkway South in Memphis, TN, when for unknown known reasons, Garrett’s Cadillac rear ended her vehicle at a high rate of speed. Dorsey’s vehicle then burst into flames while Garrett’s made contact with a tree.
Garrett and Dorsey were both pronounced dead at the scene of blunt and thermal injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
