CALABASAS, CA. (THECOUNT) — Actor Jack Nicholson, a longtime courtside staple at Los Angeles Lakers games, has commented on the tragic passing of Lakers legend, Kobe Bryant.
The 82-year-old Oscar winning actor, who said he considered Bryant “a friend,” spoke with KCBS news hours after the crash.
“My reaction is the same as almost all of L.A., where we think everything’s solid, three’s a big hole in the wall. I was used to seeing and talking to Kobe that — it kills you. It’s just a terrible event,” Nicholson said in the interview.
