MORGANTOWN, WV. (THECOUNT) — Chloe Robertson has been identified as the West Virginia University student killed in a weekend vehicle crash in the Philadelphia area, school staff said Monday.
Robertson, 22, was killed and Bobbiann Gubbei, also a student, critically injured in a vehicle crash over the weekend, a university spokesperson told local news outlets.
Details of the crash have not been released by officials as of Monday afternoon.
Robertson was a senior criminology student from the Orlando, Florida area.
Gubbei, also a senior, is a criminology student from Mantua, New Jersey.
A WVU spokesperson said it happened over the weekend, but university police haven’t received details from the local investigating agency, reports WDTV.
A candlelight vigil is planned for tonight at 6:00 at Woodburn Circle.
