TX Woman Rebecca Anne Maloney ID’d As Body Found In Toolbox In Aransas Pass Tuesday

ARANSAS PASS, TX. (THECOUNT) — Rebecca Anne Maloney, of Aransas Pass, TX, has been identified as the victim found dead in a toolbox container Tuesday night, according to officials Wednesday morning.

The body of Maloney, 29, was discovered Tuesday evening in a toolbox around 6 p.m. after police were dispatched to reports of a body in a container.

The gisley discovery was made on Railroad Street in Aransas Pass, TX.

In an information release from the Aransas Pass Police department, they state “the female had been dead for at least several hours.” They also say she had obvious signs of injuries on her body, reports KRIS.

The family of Maloney came forward to police with concerns about their missing relative. They were able to identify the body.
