TRIGG COUNTY, KY (THECOUNT) — Jarod Ballengee and Phillip Hare have been identified as the victims in a double-fatal single-vehicle crash near Cadiz, Kentucky on Sunday night.
Ballengee, 20, and Hare, 21, were both killed Sunday in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 139 South at the intersection of Highway 68 in Cadiz on Sunday.
According to reports, the accident occurred at 7:21 p.m. Both men were transported to area hospitals where they were later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation, reports WSMV.
