LOUISVILLE, KY. (THECOUNT) — Nathan Terrance Britt has been identified as the victim in a grisly murder in a Clifton Heights neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky Wednesday.
Britt, 18, was found shot multiple times and set on fire on Wednesday at a Clifton Heights apartment complex on Nob Hill Lane, in Louisville.
Britt was a Moore High School student, WAVE3 is reporting Thursday afternoon.
The victim’s body was discovered Wednesday morning by a person who contacted 911. LMPD investigators later confirmed Britt had been shot “multiple times,” and then set ablaze.
That person reporting told the police dispatcher Britt was “on fire.”
Britt was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot and thermal injuries.
The case remains under investigation.
