HOT SPRINGS, AR. (THECOUNT) — Matthew R. Sarver, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash on Wednesday evening.

Sarver, 41, was killed in a single-vehicle crash around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, according to Arkansas State Police.

Reports say, Sarver was operating a vehicle on Barcelona Road, when for still unconfirmed reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then entered a culvert and rolled over.

Conditions were foggy and wet at the time of the crash but the cause of the crash remains under investigation.

According to Facebook, Sarver was the owner of M & R Sarver Construction.
