TEHRAN, IRAN. (THECOUNT) — Video filmed recently at the Shahid Beheshti University, in Tehran, Iran, shows protesters refusing to walk on murals of the U.S. and Israeli flag – Painted on the ground by the government – As a show of disrespect toward America.
The protesters, led by students at the campus, shows marchers skirting the flags as they shout ‘shame’ at those few who stood on the paintings.

BBC reporter Ali Hamedani noted that “At the height of the Iranian establishment anti Americanism, Tehran Beheshti university’s students refused walking over the US and Israel flag while participating in #IranProtests. They all grew up to hate the two countries but seems like the revolutionary ideology is failed,” reports PrisonPlanet.
