VERNON, AL. (THECOUNT) — Kenneth Bryndon Thomas, of Dora, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash near Vernon Saturday night.
Thomas, 30, was killed in a crash yesterday on CR-9, south of Vernon.
Thomas was operating a Chevy pickup truck at around 6 p.m. Saturday, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway on Country Road 9.
The vehicle then entered a culvert and rolled over.
Thomas died in the wreck.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
No further details of the crash were provided by officials as of Sunday morning.
