HARBORCREEK TOWNSHIP, PA. (THECOUNT) — Faith Markley, of St Mary’s, PA, has been identified as the victim of a fatal vehicle crash that also injured her two small children Monday morning.

Markley, 33, died following a crash on Interstate 90 in Harborcreek Township Monday morning.

The accident, which injured two young children in the same vehicle and two other drivers, occurred on I-90 in Harborcreek around 6:45 a.m.

Markley was operating a Toyota Corolla when the vehicle collided with rear of a Ford Explorer SUV, PA State Police said.

The collision caused the Toyota to fishtail.

The vehicle was then hit by a Buick LaCrosse car that was unable to stop, according to investigators. The force of the crash pushed the Toyota into the Ford SUV, reports ErieNewsNow.

Markley was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the wreck.

She was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.

Her two children were flown to Pittsburgh for treatment of unknown injuries. Both were riding in child safety seats.
