O’Grady lived at 59 Black Oak Dr in Medford. The residence is within the country club grounds.

Police say O’Grady appeared to be at the country club Saturday night. There was surveillance footage of O’Grady stumbling before he fell and hit his head, reports NBC16.

O’Grady was found dead near the golf shop by a maintenance crew around 6:30 a.m.

“He was walking home when he apparently fell and struck his head. We believe the cold conditions, it was 39 degrees that night. So, exposure, as well as his head injury, were contributing factors to his death,” said Lt. Budreau.

Budreau said the death was ruled accidental, with the cause remaining under investigation.

The toxicology results will not be available for several weeks.

O’Grady may have gone by the name, Donna O’Grady. His business is listed publicly as Modo Investments.
