JERSEY CITY, NJ. (THECOUNT) — Two victims from Tuesday’s deadly Jersey City shootout have been identified as Leah Minda Ferencz and Moshe Deutsh.
Ferencz and her husband owned the JC Kosher Supermarket that had been targeted in the shooting Tuesday and was there when the shootout occurred.

Original information: Authorities are investigating a report of an active shooter in Jersey City who is reportedly firing on police officers.
The shooting took place on MLK Drive and Bayview Ave. at about 12:20 p.m.
North Jersey Dispatch reports that two males fired shots at police from a corner store, reports DailyMail.
At least one cop was shot, North Jersey Dispatch reports.
Additional unconfirmed reports claim that the gunman have rifles and are firing through the windows of the store at anyone on the street.
Anyone in the street have been told to evacuate the area in response.
An emergency service unit team has been dispatched to the scene as well as an armored car.
Local schools were put on lockdown as police investigate the incident.
The shooting does not appear to be terror related, law enforcement sources with knowledge of the case said.
