HUNTSVILLE, ON. (THECOUNT) — Keisha Andrews, an employee of “Ornge,” a medical transport company in Ontario, has been identified as the victim in a fatal two-vehicle crash on Friday morning in Huntsville, according to Saturday morning reports.
Andrews, 41, was killed while operating a vehicle on Highway 11 in Huntsville, Ontario.
Officials say, Andrews was driving a BMW, when for unknown reasons, it collided with head-on a cube van around 10:30 a.m. Friday.
Investigators say two people in the cube van were treated at the scene for minor injuries, reports KelownaDailyCourier.
Andrews was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries consistent with the violent crash.
No other information was immediately provided by officials.
