Rutherford NC Officials Release Photos Of Deceased Woman’s Tattoos In Hope Identifying Body ‘Cherries On Hip’

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, NC. (THECOUNT) — Rutherford County officials are seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman found deceased. Information on where the body was located or how the woman died was not provided by officials on Friday.

Deputies are working to identify the woman found dead in Rutherford County by three tattoos on the body.

On Friday, the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office released photos of the unknown woman’s tattoos.

The sheriff’s office said in a statement that the woman is 30 to 40 years old with brown hair and three tattoos, including a butterfly on the small of her back. Deputies say she also has a tattoo of cherries on her right hip, reports WSPA.
