BATON ROUGE, LA. (THECOUNT) — Eric G Hall has been identified as the victim in a deadly shooting in Baton Rouge, LA, on Sunday evening, according to reports.

‘Lil Eric’ Hall, 49, was killed while inside a vehicle on Fairchild Street around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, say officials.

The fatal shooting occurred on Fairchild Street near Scenic Highway, in Baton Rouge on Sunday.

Police found the body of Hall around 5:30 p.m. at 1462 Fairchild Street, reports WBRZ.

Authorities say Hall was pronounced dead on the scene of gunshot injuries.

He had been shot multiple times while inside of his vehicle.

Police have opened an investigation into the fatal incident and anyone with information regarding Hall’s death is urged to contact the Violent Crimes Unit at 389-4869 or Crime Stoppers at 344-7867
