SC Man Korey Harrison ID’d As Victim Shot Dead Saturday Afternoon At Anderson Allison Square Apartments ‘Homicide’

ANDERSON COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Korey Harrison, of Anderson, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim in a fatal shooting Saturday afternoon.

Harrison, 38, was shot dead around 3 p.m. Saturday at the Allison Square Apartments on Abbeville Highway, in Anderson, according to reports.

Officials say, deputies responded to the scene where they located one victim who sustained a single fatal gunshot wound.

Harrison was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.

Sunday morning, the Anderson County Coroner’s Office officially identified Harrison as the victim.

The deadly incident has been ruled a homicide.

Harrison’s death is being investigated by the Sheriff’s Office and the Coroner’s Office.

An autopsy will be performed on Monday, November 11, reports FoxCarolina.
