BRADENTON, FL. (THECOUNT) — Stephen Andrew Doeberl has been identified as the victim killed in a motorcycle crash involving another vehicle in South Bradenton, Florida Thursday night, according to local reports.
Doeberl, 25, a former Army service member, was operating a motorcycle when he was killed in a crash Thursday night in Bradenton.
Troopers say, Doeberl was operating a motorcycle near Cortez Road and 14th Street West, in after 8: 30 p.m. when a Toyota Camry, driven by 21-year-old Leonardo Lucas of Bradenton, performed a left hand turn in his path.
Doeberl from Bradenton, now residing in Manatee, was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
Florida Highway Patrol says charges in this crash are pending, reports MySunCoast.
The charges pending were not elaborated by officials.
