WASHINGTON, DC. (THECOUNT) — Army Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, says the military dog credited in the raid that killed ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has returned to duty after treatment from suffering minor wounds in the operation.
