DUNKLIN COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Rodney Labryer of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash near Glennonville Thursday night, according to reports.
Labryer, 31, was killed and another man seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash on Route J in Dunklin County after an SUV operated by Labryer, crashed Thursday after 8:30 p.m.
Labryer was operating a Chevrolet Silverado on Route J, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then entered a culvert which caused it to rollover, ejecting Labryer.
Also in the vehicle was 32-year-old Thomas Victery of Poplar Bluff, reports KFVS.
Labryer was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
Victery was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries said to be serious.
