O’FALLON, MO. (THECOUNT) — Kenneth Atchison of St. Clair, Missouri has been identified as the victim in a fatal workplace accident in the St. Louis suburb of O’Fallon on Thursday morning, according to reports.
First responders were summoned to the scene after 6:30 a.m. Thursday on calls of a man down at R & R Contracting Inc., on Lone Star Drive in O’Fallon, MO. When they arrived, they discovered 36-year-old “Ken” Atchison unresponsive.
Atchison was pronounced dead at the scene. A cause of death was not provided by officials.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation, reports CTPost.
Atchison’s Facebook page says he worked at Cambridge Engineering, a commercial and industrial equipment supplier in Chesterfield, Missouri, according to Facebook.
