TX Son Kills Mom, Dad & Grandma Then Torches San Antonio Family Home In Grisly Monday Night Quadruple-Murder-Suicide

SAN ANTONIO, TX. (THECOUNT) — TX police are now saying a Monday San Antonio house fire was also the scene of a grisly quadruple-murder-suicide.

According to officials, the blaze was started in connection with an apparent triple slaying-suicide in San Antonio, Texas, on Monday involving members of the same family.

First responders say they arrived to the San Antonio house fire to find the bodies of a man and a woman in their 60s fatally shot in the front yard. Those victims were identified as the suspect’s mother and father.

After gaining access to the burned out dwelling, police discovered the body of the suspect and his grandmother, both dead of gunshot injuries.

It is believed the boy shot the parents in the front yard before entering the family home and killing his grandmother. He then set the home ablaze before taking his own life.

The sister of a suspect contacted police Monday evening saying her brother was throwing and breaking items in the home, reports WBAY.

“When we got there, there were two bodies laying in the front. They were in the house when the fire started,” he said. “They had been shot by the suspect. There were two other people in the house.”

Firefighters were unable to immediately knock down the flames because the suspect was still considered a threat.

Officials say all of the dead were all family members and all lived together in the home.

The identities of the victims was not made available by officials at this time.

Details of further involvement by the sister during the incident was not provided by officials. It is unknown if she was injured or present during the actual slayings and resulting fire.
